Stadtfelder Service GmbH is a subsidiary of our housing co-operative and provides services in the fields of heating and energy supply, as well as in the housing sector. If you have any questions regarding building and flat maintenance, the team at DSS are always on hand to help, drawing on their wide-ranging expertise in the trades. One of their key tasks involves compiling and maintaining technical master data, processing and analysing integrated heating cost statements, and managing metering and meter reading services.

Many tenants are likely already familiar with DSS from its role in reading heating meters or as the manager of digital access control systems. Further points of contact are provided by services relating to smart living, e-mobility and decentralised electricity generation. DSS is a key expert in these areas.
