Strangsanierung im Stadtteil Neustädter See

In der Pablo-Neruda-Straße 5-9 werden alte Wasser- und Abwasserleitungen ausgetauscht, um die Sicherheit und Hygiene im Haus weiterhin zu gewährleisten.

Heizungsumbau in der Altstadt

Im Januar beginnen wir mit dem Heizungsumbau in der Otto-von-Guericke-Str. 82a-c mit der Installation einer Übergabestation für Fernwärme in den Kellerräumen des Objekts. Danach werden neue Rohrleitungen (Kaltwasserleitung, Heizungsvorlauf und Rücklauf) durch die Keller unserer Mieter*innen verlegt. Nach Abschluss der Vorbereitungen wird die neue Steigeleitung wohnungsweise an die bestehenden Anschlüsse der Wohnungsheizungsanlage bzw. Warmwasserverrohrung angeschlossen.

Luftbild Albert-Vater-Straße | Magdeburg Stadtfeld-Ost

Neue Balkone und Heizungsumbau

Ab Januar starten wir gleich zwei weitere große Projekte in der Albert-Vater-Str. 17-29 — Balkon werden angebaut und die Heizung bekommt ein Upgrade. Die voraussichtliche Bauzeit beträgt für den Balkonanbau Januar 2026 bis Mai 2026 und für die Errichtung der Heizzentrale mit Fernwärmeanschluss April 2026 bis ca. Oktober 2026.
