How to get there

It’s great to have you here. We’re the Stadtfelders from Magdeburg, and today we’re sending our drone on its way. Join it for a short flight over the Alte Neustadt – straight to our office at Peter-Paul-Straße 32. This is where we work every day to make your dream home a reality!

You are welcome to visit us in person. It’s best to book an appointment in advance – that way you’ll avoid any tedious waiting times.

Whether by car, public transport or on foot: there are plenty of easy ways to get here. It takes about 25 minutes to walk from the main station to our office.

Getting there by public transport

Take the S-Bahn line 1 towards Wittenberge to the ‘Neustadt’ stop. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to us. To get here, turn left into Agnetenstraße and then right onto Hohepfortestraße. Once you’ve turned left into Peter-Paul-Straße, you’ll find us on the left-hand side. Alternatively, you can take tram line 2 towards Alte Neustadt and get off at the ‘Am Nordpark’ stop. Cross Hohepfortestraße at the traffic lights, then walk straight ahead into Peter-Paul-Straße, where you’ll find our office building at the end of the street.

Directions by car

Coming from the A 2: Take exit 70 towards Magdeburg-Zentrum and join the B 189 towards the city centre. Follow the B 71 to the B 1 exit towards Cityring-Nord/Zentrum and follow Walther-Rathenau-Straße. At the roundabout at Universitätsplatz, take the third exit, then take the third right and, at the roundabout at Pfälzer Platz, take the fourth exit. Finally, turn right to reach Peter-Paul-Straße 32. Our building is on the left-hand side of the street.

Coming from the A 14: Take exit 1 towards Dahlenwarsleben and head towards Dahlenwarsleben/Meitzendorf. Turn right onto the L 47 and continue along Wolmirstedter Chaussee. Then turn left onto the B 189 towards the A 2/A 14/Magdeburg. Follow the B 189 towards the town centre and then follow the route described above for those coming from the A 2.

Parking: You can drive through the barrier into our car park, where you can use the parking spaces subject to availability. The barrier opens automatically when you enter; to leave, please ask for a token at reception. Simply insert this into the barrier when you leave.

Delivery for lorries

Deliveries can only be made using a small lorry or trailer, as Peter-Paul-Straße is full of parked cars.
